User Report - How do I find Inactive user information?
1) When you are in the report, you will need to untick any of the 'Role' information you do not need.
2) In the 'User Active Status' you can then untick 'Active' and then press 'Apply Filter'. All inactive users will then show in the 'Results Table' below.
3) If you need to narrow down the data by 'Location', 'Department' or other groups, this can be done by using the 'Secondary Filters'

How to bulk add/remove users from groups.
This task can be done in both the 'Management System' and the 'Reporting System'
When in the Management System, you will have 'User' on the left hand side of the screen. When you click here, all of the active users on the system will load.
When you have selected the users you need to update, you will need to go to the 'Action to take' drop down option in the 'Filters' panel.
You can now select the action you want to take from these options.

How can I find out who has not completed training?
To find out which users on the system have not completed training, you will need to use the 'Training & Assessment' Report in the 'Reporting System'.
If you are a Client Administrator or Client Manger, you will have access to this on the system. Primary Filters to choose

Company Progress Report
This report will allow Client Managers and Client Administrators to view either totals or percentages of completion across the system in once report.
The figures that are in this report are based on completion statistics on the system since it has been live. You are not able to select time ranges in this report.

Training & Assessment Report
This report will allow all Client Administrators and Client Managers to run training data on their users completion data.
You can run a report on an entire department, location or just one individual user on the system.
Primary Filters
You will need to select from the 'courses' drop down list to start with, if you have more than one course on your system.
'Results view' You will have four options to choose from.
'Latest records' shows system records based on the current training requirements; the completion data for the current training schedule in place.

Emails Sent Report
This report will allow Client Administrators to view all emails that have been sent, and scheduled emails from the system.
You will be able to see who sent the email from the system, along with the date and email type received.
Primary Filters
''Email Type' this drop down will load all of the active email templates your system has in place to choose from.
'Sent Date' this will allow you to enter a date range for when emails were sent from the system.

System Log Report
This report will allow Client Administrators to view actions by users on the system. Client managers do not have access to this report on the system.
Primary Filters
'Action By User' will provide you with a list of all users that are active on the system. By default, these are all ticked.
'Date' you can select a date range from here.

This report enables Client Administrators and Client Mangers to run data from any course on your system that has an assessment at the end.
Primary filters
The primary filters are set as a default dependant on which report you are accessing.
You will be able to select any number of the options available in the primary filters. To select all there is a button that allows you to do this.
The 'Display Type' will give you options of 'totals' Questions' and 'Issues' to get data on linked to the assessment you have chosen.

This report will enable you to gain non-training data on both 'active' and 'inactive' users on the system.
If you are a Client Manager on the system, you will be able to run reports on the students that you have access to only.
If you are a Client Administrator, you can run a report on all users on the system. This will include all Client Managers and Students, and other Client Administrators.
