Company Progress Report

This report will allow Client Managers and Client Administrators to view either totals or percentages of completion across the system in once report.

The figures that are in this report are based on completion statistics on the system since it has been live. You are not able to select time ranges in this report.  

Primary Filters

You will be able to choose the 'Courses' from the drop down options.

The 'Results View' will give you the option of 'Percentage' or 'Totals'. 

'Users to include' - This option will allow you to view 'Users licensed for course(s) only' or 'all users' who have ever been added to the course, regardless of if they have access to the course at the time you run the report.

Secondary Filters

You can select from the 'group types' that you have on the system. 

When selecting a secondary filter from the drop down menu, a final filter column will appear on the right hand side to allow the secondary filter criteria to be selected.

Once you have selected the required filters, press 'Apply Filter' then the data will update in the table below.

The groups you have selected will appear in the 'Group' Column in the results table.

The Results Table

The results will show as either a 'total' or 'percentage' for the courses and groups you have selected. 

If a column has 'N/A' this will indicate this course does not have either an Assessment or open issues section.

You are able to order the content of the columns by clicking on the column titles. 

Saving the report

Once you have run a report you are happy with - you can then 'Save' the report for future use. When you press the 'save' a new screen will load, you can then give this report a 'name' and 'Description'. When you have saved the report, it will show up in the list of 'Your saved reports' when you go back to the 'System Reports' screen. 

Exporting the report

This report can be exported in to Excel/Csv and PDF format from the dashboard panel.
