Assessment Analysis Report
This report enables Client Administrators and Client Mangers to run data from any course on your system that has an assessment at the end.
Primary filters
The primary filters are set as a default dependant on which report you are accessing.
You will be able to select any number of the options available in the primary filters. To select all there is a button that allows you to do this.
The 'Display Type' will give you options of 'totals' Questions' and 'Issues' to get data on linked to the assessment you have chosen.
Once you have chosen the filters you require - then press 'Run Report'.
The data linked to these filters will then show in the table below.
Secondary Filters
When selecting a secondary filter from the drop down menu, a final filter column will appear on the right hand side to allow the secondary filter criteria to be selected.
Once you have selected the required filters, press 'Apply Filter' then the data will update in the table below.
The Dashboard
Throughout filter changes, the reporting suite dashboard will be responsive to the data that is being reported. The different reports will have different dashboard visuals which are set as default.
Depending on the 'Display Type' you select, the Dashboard will show different figures for 'open issues' but the 'top locations for issues' 'open issues by assessment' and Biggest Trend' will remain the same.
'Top Locations For Issues' and 'Open Issues by Assessment' are interactive. You are able to hover over the charts to get a figure of how many have completed the assessment as a total.
What does 'Biggest Trend' mean? This means that this is the most answered question in the assessment by users.
The Results Table
The headers on the table can be ordered when you click on the title of the column, if you hover over the working - it is clickable.
The 'Number Of Times Answer Given' answers are also clickable. For example, if there is a figure in this column and you click it. You will have the 'WorkRite Assessment Information' page load. This will provide you with the end users name and the date of completion, along with the group they completed under. This can also be exported.
Saving the report
Once you have run a report you are happy with - you can then 'Save' the report for future use. When you press the 'save' a new screen will load, you can then give this report a 'name' and 'Description'. When you have saved the report, it will show up in the list of 'Your saved reports' when you go back to the 'System Reports' screen.
Exporting the report
This report can be exported in to Excel/Csv and PDF format from the dashboard panel.
