  • Password Policy

    Client Administrators are able to set the password policy of their WorkRite system.

    To do this, access the Management System within WorkRite and click on Company in the navigation column. Then click on the Security tab. At the top of this tab, you'll see the Password Policy settings. 

    In the above picture there are three settings:

    • Password age expiration
    • Login link expiration
    • Password reset link expiration

    The current default configuration for these settings are:

    • Password reset link expires after 1 day
    • Login link expires after 1 day
    • Password expiry is set to 365 days

  • Reminders

    Reminder emails are triggered off the back of a training notification(both manual and scheduled) to remind a user to login and take their training if this remains incomplete after a period of time.

    To create a new or edit existing reminders you will need to access the Management System and click on Reminders in the side bar. 

    The Reminders page will display all licensed courses. A summary of the current status is displayed under each course. Select View/Edit Reminder to set up or alter a reminder.

  • Schedules

    Schedules automate users retraining, re-test and re-assessments. Once set up, WorkRite will email users based on the configuration outlined below and allow them to complete the relevant training again.

    To do this, select WorkRite Management System from the homepage. Then select Schedules from the side bar. 

    The Schedule page displays all licensed courses. A summary of the current status is displayed under each course. Select View/Edit Schedule to set up or alter a schedule.

    Course Schedules and daily reminders can be enabled. However, unless a schedule is configured using the following options, no emails will be sent.

  • Creating an email template

    WorkRite allows the set up of email templates to communicate with users.

    From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System. Then select Content from the side bar and then Create Content from the top of the screen.

    Use the Content Type drop down menu to select Email Template. 

    Complete the fields as follows:

    • Name: Enter the title of the email template. This is to identify the email and is not displayed when an email is sent.

    • Subject: Enter the subject of the email template. The user end user will see this.

  • Course Information

    You can view which courses a user has access to by searching for a user on the Users page, and then clicking on the View/Edit user button.

    The scroll down and click on the Course Information tab.

    Courses are either licensed site wide or to a specific group. Site wide courses are mandatory for users to complete. 

    To allow a user access to a group licensed course, hover over the relevant course and click the slider to the on position. This takes effect immediately.

  • Creating a Group

    From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System. Then from the Dashboard, click on Groups from the side bar. 

    Click on Create Group (next to the search bar).

    Complete the fields as follows: • Name: Enter the title of the group. • Description: Enter the description of the group. • Group Type: Choose this from the dropdown list.

    When you are ready to create your Group, click on Save Changes. 

  • Creating a Group Type

    From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System. Then from the Dashboard, select Group Types from the side bar. 

    Then click Create Group Type. 

    Then complete the following fields:

    • Name: Enter the title of the group type • Description: Enter the description of the group type • Tick to make the group type geographical. This allows assessments to be completed under • Tick to prevent emails being sent to groups created under this group type • Tick to allow Client Managers to be able to add people to groups created under this group type
