Uploading documents to users profiles
Users can have documents uploaded to their profiles as part of an audit trail. To do this, make sure the document is saved on your own computer either as one of the following formats; Word, Excel/Csv, PDF or JPEG. This pile must also be no larger than 3Mb in size.
Once you are on the 'View/Edit' section on the users profile, then you need to click the 'View/Upload Docs'.
From this page, you can now click 'Select' to choose the file from your computer. There is a description box to accompany the file you are adding. Then press 'Upload Document'.

Creating a Group
From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System this will take you to the Dashboard.
Please select 'Groups' from the side bar on the left hand side.
Select the orange 'Create Group' button
Complete the fields as follows: • Name: Enter the title of the group. • Description: Enter the description of the group. • Group Type: Choose this from the dropdown list
Once you happy with all information added select 'Save Changes'

Closing open issues
Closing issues down from the users profile
If you have to close down issues on the system that you have now resolved, you will need to go to the 'Management System' so you can then search for the user in the 'User' area.
Once you have found the end user, click on the 'View training' icon.
If you have more than one course on your system, you will need to go to the 'Summary Status' page and then the 'All Courses' drop down to select the assessment that has the issues you need to close off.

Make a user inactive/active
The switch at the top of the 'View/Edit' user page indicates and can alter the current status of the user, either active or inactive.
You can also schedule a user for deactivation/activation, by clicking the 'Schedule' button
A user can be made inactive or active on particular dates. Set the dates, either one or both and select 'Save'

Logging in to WorkRite
This assumes you have never logged into WorkRite before.
1.You will have received an email from your Client Administrator which contains a link. Click on the link within the email, or copy and paste into your web browser.
2. The link will take you to the set password screen shown below – your username will be pre-populated.
3. You are required to set a password when logging in for the first time. Set a password, and click “Continue”. The password must contain 8 or more characters, and have a least one of each of the following:
• Lowercase letters

Starting your e-learning
This assumes you have an active WorkRite account for which you know the password.
1. Go to: https://app.workrite.co.uk
2.Enter your email and password, then click "Log In"
3. Once Logged in, if you see the "Your Applications" option on the dashboard as per the screenshot below, then click on "E-Learning Courses" to access your training courses.
4.You will now see the "Your courses" page. If you do not see "Your Applications" when logging in, you will be taken to this page straight away. You can start your training by clicking on the orange play button for the appropriate course.

Recovering your password
If you have an active WorkRite account and have forgotten your password
1. Go to: https://app.workrite.co.uk
2. Underneath the log in button click “Forgot password?”
3. Enter the email address that you are registered on the WorkRite system with and click Submit.
4. If the email address you have entered matches an active WorkRite account, you will receive an email with a login link. Follow the steps at the beginning of this guide for new users to reset your password and log in to WorkRite.

View your training record
This guide assumes that you have successfully logged into WorkRite.
1. On the "Your Course" page, there is a button to the left of the Start Training button is a button "View Training Info". By clicking on this, you will be able to view your current training record.
2. This will take you to your training timeline. This will show in order of newest first your training including the time and date each module was completed, and if your course has a test and/or assessment the time and date these were completed. You can also print your test certificate,

Themes
Themes allow Client Administrators to change the appearance of WorkRite for their users. A comprehensive editor is included to configure and manage themes for your system.
To create a new theme, from the WorkRite Management System select 'Company' from the side bar.
Under the 'Theme' panel, type the name of the theme and select 'Create Theme'.
Settings:
Enabled - Determines if the Theme is displayed in the list of available themes when configuring a user or using the 'Apply' tool
Default - Themes can be set so that all new users have the same theme applied.
