Emails Sent Report
This report will allow Client Administrators to view all emails that have been sent, and scheduled emails from the system.
You will be able to see who sent the email from the system, along with the date and email type received.
Primary Filters
''Email Type' this drop down will load all of the active email templates your system has in place to choose from.
'Sent Date' this will allow you to enter a date range for when emails were sent from the system.
'Scheduled Date' if the emails have not been sent from the system yet, but they have been scheduled in to be sent on a future date.
Once you have selected the filter options you require, click 'Run Report' or 'Apply Filter'. The results will then show in the report.
Secondary Filters
When selecting a secondary filter from the drop down menu, a final filter column will appear on the right hand side to allow the secondary filter criteria to be selected.
Once you have selected the required filters, press 'Apply Filter' then the data will update in the table below.
The Dashboard
The dashboard will load the number of 'emails sent' based on the Primary and Secondary Filters you have applied.
'Email sent' this will tell you how many emails have been sent that are as a result of the Primary and Secondary Filters that you have applied.
'Emails Sent By Type' will show in a graph the types of emails issued from the system. These are expandable by clicking on the graph or the blue arrow.
'Logged In Since Last Email' this will confirm if a user has responded to the email and logged into the system. These are expandable by clicking on the pie chart or the blue arrow.
'Un-Emailed Active Users' this is a clickable number that will bring up all users who have never been emailed from the system.
The Results Table
All of the data that is a result of the Primary and Secondary Filters will show in this section.
The report below shows the standard columns. You can add additional information by choosing the 'add more columns?' option.
Saving the report
Once you have run a report you are happy with - you can then 'Save' the report for future use. When you press the 'save' a new screen will load, you can then give this report a 'name' and 'Description'. When you have saved the report, it will show up in the list of 'Your saved reports' when you go back to the 'System Reports' screen.
Exporting the report
These details can be exported in to Excel/Csv and PDF format from the dashboard panel.
