Reporting Suite Introduction
The WorkRite system offers both Client Administrators and Client Managers the ability to run reports that are intuitive, flexible and powerful, while also having access to visuals; representing data in charts, graphs and tables. These reports can be saved, exported and shared within the system.
The reporting suite delivers a smooth, modern and consistent user experience. Navigation is clean and data will load without delay.
The location of the reporting suite can be found on the 'Your Applications' page once you have logged into the system.
1. Assessment Analysis - This report enables you to output data based on the break down of the assessment sections.
2. System Log – This report enables you to output data created by the actions of users within the system.
3. Emails Sent – This report enables you to output data from all emails sent through the system.
4. Training & Assessment – This report enables you to output data that is created by completed assessments.
5. Users – This report enables you to output data based around user accounts within the system.
6. Company Progress - The report enables you to output data as totals for each course within the system.
These reports can be saved for future use and you can export into the following formats; Excel/Csv and PDF to assist you with auditing.
