  • Changing a course image

    From the list of your available courses to edit, you can amend both the course name and the course image (which will be displayed when users login to access their eLearning).

    To change the course image:

    1. Select the course you wish to amend.

    In the top right-hand corner you have the option for both Change Course Image and Change Course Name.

    2. Select CHANGE COURSE IMAGE.

    The Change Course Image pop-up box is displayed.

    You will then be able to select any images that are in your current image library or will have the option to upload a new image.

  • Schedules

    Schedules automate users retraining, re-test and re-assessments. Once set up, WorkRite will email users based on the configuration outlined below and allow them to complete the relevant training again.

    To do this, select WorkRite Management System from the homepage. Then select Schedules from the side bar. 

    The Schedule page displays all licensed courses. A summary of the current status is displayed under each course. Select View/Edit Schedule to set up or alter a schedule.

    Course Schedules and daily reminders can be enabled. However, unless a schedule is configured using the following options, no emails will be sent.

  • Configuration options

    The following options can be configured upon implementation. All of these configurations are optional. 

    • Deactivation of users - When enabled, users who are no longer present on the user data file will be deactivated in the WorkRite system. This configuration would normally only be disabled if the deactivation of leavers is to be handled as a manual task or using the bulk deactivation template. 
    • Change user groups - When enabled, user groups (i.e. Locations, Departments etc) will be updated in the WorkRite system in line with the latest user data file. The user will be removed from any previous groups
  • What is the size limit for uploading files to WorkRite?

    File uploads are restricted to 10MB

  • Add answers to your questions

    This article assumes that you have added at least one question to your test.

    You can add answers to your questions from the Test Editor screen.

    1. Select the the question you want to add answers to.

    The Answers area is displayed. There are currently no answers as you have not yet added any.

    2. Select the Add Answer button.

    The Add an Answer pop-up is displayed.

    3. Enter your answer in the Answer Text box.

    4. If the answer is correct, enter 1 in the Score field. If it is incorrect, leave the Score field as 0.

    5. Select the CREATE button to

  • Add questions to the assessment

    This article assumes that you have created a new assessment and a new Section. You are now ready to add questions to the Section.

    To add a question to a Section:

    1. Select the Section to open.

    The Section is opened and the Questions field is displayed.

    2. Select the Add Question button.

    The Add a Question pop-up is displayed.

    3. Enter the question into the Question Text box.

    4. Select an Answer Type from the drop down menu.

    5. Select the CREATE button.

    Your question is displayed.

  • Action Plan

    When you choose Action Plan after clicking on Administration, you can choose the email body for when an action plan is assigned to that person. By default the email will only include the incident type and reference and the action plan item details.  

  • Creating a Group

    From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System this will take you to the Dashboard.

    Please select 'Groups' from the side bar on the left hand side.

    Select the orange 'Create Group' button

    Complete the fields as follows: • Name: Enter the title of the group. • Description: Enter the description of the group. • Group Type: Choose this from the dropdown list

    Once you happy with all information added select 'Save Changes'

  • Emailing a Single User

    It is possible to manually send either a single user or multiple users emails from several different areas of WorkRite: 

    • The user list 
    • An individual users profile  

    Emailing a single user 

    1. From the WorkRite home page select the "Management System" 

    2. From the Dashboard, select"User" from the side bar. 

    3. Type the users name in the search bar and select from the displayed results or use the filter drop down's to select via groups or status. 

    4. Select the "View Training" icon from the options column. 

     

    5. Select the "Email User" icon located at the top left hand

  • How can I find out who has not completed training?

    To find out which users on the system have not completed training, you will need to use the 'Training & Assessment' Report in the 'Reporting System'. 

    If you are a Client Administrator or Client Manger, you will have access to this on the system. Primary Filters to choose

    You will not need to choose the 'Course' that you need to run the report on (if you have more than one course on your system)

    If you require information that is more specific to certain 'Locations, Departments or other Group Types you have on the system, you can

  • Adding, moving or deleting a module

    This articles assumes that you are now in the Course Builder and are in an existing or newly created course, ready to edit.

    Modules are the topics within the course. Each module is displayed in the course menu. 

    To add a module:

    1. Select the green plus button next to Modules in the top right-hand corner of your course.

    The new module is added to the course.

    2. To edit the title of the module, hover over the module you wish to amend and click on Edit.

    3. Enter the new section name and select CLOSE.

  • Creating an email template

    WorkRite allows the set up of email templates to communicate with users.

    From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System. Then select Content from the side bar and then Create Content from the top of the screen.

    Use the Content Type drop down menu to select Email Template. 

    Complete the fields as follows:

    • Name: Enter the title of the email template. This is to identify the email and is not displayed when an email is sent.

    • Subject: Enter the subject of the email template. The user end user will see this.

    • Email type: Select the relevant

  • Managing users by FTP

    WorkRite support the uploading of .CSV or .XLSX formatted documents which are processed to perform user management actions (create, update or remove users) The Importer runs overnight daily and can accept 1 file each time. 

    User data file import configuration options 

    There are two different methods of structuring user data files for processing by WorkRite, each of these has its own configuration options and file format requirements. 

    The appropriate method will depend on the data of the source system, the export capabilities and your business requirements.

  • How long are emails kept on the system?

    Emails are stored for up to two years on the WorkRite system.  Emails older than 2 years will be archived, however can be retrieved upon request to our Support Team.

  • Edit test settings

    This article assumes that you have created a test and want to make changes to some or all of the original settings. You are in the Test Editor screen.

    To change any of the test settings:

    1. Select the Edit Settings button from the left navigation menu.

    The Edit Test pop-up is displayed. In this pop-up, you can change any of the following settings:

    • Name
    • Number of questions asked
    • Pass rate
    • Whether the test is active.

    2. Place the cursor in any of the fields and edit as required.

    3. Toggle the Active button to make the test inactive and

  • Add answers to your questions

    This article assumes that you have added a question and are now ready to add the answers.

    To add answers to your question:

    1. Open the question you want to add answers to.

    The Question expands to display the Answers field.

    2. Select the Add Answer button.

    The Add an Answer pop-up is displayed.

    In addition to entering an answer in this pop-up, you can also create a series of settings and behaviours related to this answer:

    • Jump to question - you can choose which question the user will see next, if they choose this answer.
    • Trigger an Action - you can select
  • Specific Notifications

    When you choose Specific Notifications you can choose whether you would like any recipients to be notified if a certain question is answered in a certain way. Once you choose the question set, question and answer you will be able to choose who the email goes to, as well as the subject and body of the email. 

  • Company Progress Report

    This report will allow Client Managers and Client Administrators to view either totals or percentages of completion across the system in once report.

    The figures that are in this report are based on completion statistics on the system since it has been live. You are not able to select time ranges in this report.  

    Primary Filters

    You will be able to choose the 'Courses' from the drop down options.

    The 'Results View' will give you the option of 'Percentage' or 'Totals'. 

    'Users to include' - This option will allow you to view 'Users licensed for course(s) only' or 'all users' who have

  • Editing Course Information

    Courses are either licensed site wide or to a specific group. Site Wide groups are mandatory for users to complete. To allow a user access to a group licensed course, hover over the relevant course and click the slider to the "On" position. This takes effect immediately.  

  • Closing open issues

    Closing issues down from the users profile

    If you have to close down issues on the system that you have now resolved, you will need to go to the 'Management System' so you can then search for the user in the 'User' area. 

    Once you have found the end user, click on the 'View training' icon. 

    If you have more than one course on your system, you will need to go to the 'Summary Status' page and then the 'All Courses' drop down to select the assessment that has the issues you need to close off. 

    From here, you need
