Emailing a Single User
It is possible to manually send either a single user or multiple users emails from several different areas of WorkRite:
- The user list
- An individual users profile
Emailing a single user
1. From the WorkRite home page select the "Management System"
2. From the Dashboard, select"User" from the side bar.
3. Type the users name in the search bar and select from the displayed results or use the filter drop down's to select via groups or status.
4. Select the "View Training" icon from the options column.
5. Select the "Email User" icon located at the top left hand corner
6. Select "Email Type", which will filter the emails available to select.
7.Select the email template to send to the user.
8. It is possible to alter the email subject, body and signature at this point before sending. An attachment can also be included, limited to 3MB in size.
9. Select "Send Now" to immediately send the email, or select "Send Later" to schedule a date for the email to send.
Scheduled emails can be viewed and cancelled in the "Emails Sent" report which can be found in the Reporting Suite.
