Schedules
Schedules automate users retraining, re-test and re-assessments. Once set up, WorkRite will email users based on the configuration outlined below and allow them to complete the relevant training again.
To do this, select WorkRite Management System from the homepage. Then select Schedules from the side bar.
The Schedule page displays all licensed courses. A summary of the current status is displayed under each course. Select View/Edit Schedule to set up or alter a schedule.
Course Schedules and daily reminders can be enabled. However, unless a schedule is configured using the following options, no emails will be sent.
There are three options for schedules. Not all courses have a test or an assessment, which may affect theoptions available:
Re-training - user must complete all the modules, the test and the assessment again (if applicable)
Re-Test - User must complete the test and the assessment again (if applicable)
Re-Assessment - User must complete the assessment again.
Once a schedule is triggered, the user will display as Not complete/Incomplete on the relevant report.
Each schedule has the following properties:
Interval - When a scheudle will activate, based on the last completion date for a users course.
Trigger - What the schedule uses to determine if a users course is complete. This is either the last completion date of the modules, test or assessment.
Email - the template that will be sent to the user.
Reminders can be set against each schedule. It is possible to configure multiple reminders.
Select the email template to send
Sending action - controls who the email is sent to. Default is to the student only, but this can also be set to the
users manager, or a specified email address.
After - When the reminder should be sent, after the inital schedule email is sent.
Once these options are selected for a reminder, select Add to create the reminder.
To delete a reminder, select the delete button.
