Incident Permissions
From the Administration page, you are able to choose who can have access to an incident, be allocated an incident as well as who can also view and close incidents.
Incident Access Control
Selecting the Incident Access Control option after you click on Adminstration will present a list of all incident types that have been created.
Each type of incident will be listed under the ‘Incident type’ banner shown on the left and the current status of access is shown on the right under ‘Access type’. To edit the access status click in to the link that shows under ‘Access type’.

Starting your e-learning
This assumes you have an active WorkRite account for which you know the password.
1. Go to: https://app.workrite.co.uk
2.Enter your email and password, then click "Log In"
3. Once Logged in, if you see the "Your Applications" option on the dashboard as per the screenshot below, then click on "E-Learning Courses" to access your training courses.
4.You will now see the "Your courses" page. If you do not see "Your Applications" when logging in, you will be taken to this page straight away. You can start your training by clicking on the orange play button for the appropriate course.

System Log Report
This report will allow Client Administrators to view actions by users on the system. Client managers do not have access to this report on the system.
Primary Filters
'Action By User' will provide you with a list of all users that are active on the system. By default, these are all ticked.
'Date' you can select a date range from here.
Secondary Filters
When selecting a secondary filter from the drop down menu, a final filter column will appear on the right hand side to allow the secondary filter criteria to be selected.

Editing text and layout in a scene
This article assumes that you are now in the Course Builder and are in an existing or newly created course, ready to edit.
To edit any of the text within the scene:
1. Hover over the text and click on the green Edit button that appears.
The Edit Scene Title & Instructions pop-up is displayed.
Using the buttons, you can also adjust the formatting of the text from here. The options include: • Making the text bold, italic, underlined and struck through • Adding a numbered list or bullet points • Adjusting text alignment • Adding hyperlinks to the text.

Deactivate a question
This article assumes that you have created a test and added questions and have accessed the Test Editor screen. At this point you want to delete or change questions. There are different options if you don't want users to see all of the questions in your test.
This article describes the process of deactivating a question. To do this:
1. Select the Active button.
The question is now inactive. The Active toggle is now white and the question text is displayed on a white background.

Edit an existing question
This article assumes that you have created an assessment and have added sections and questions and are in the Assessment Editor screen.
To edit a question text:
1. Select the Edit button of the question you want to change.
The Edit a Question pop-up is displayed.
2. Amend the question in the Question Text box.
The UNDO, SAVE and DELETE buttons are displayed.
Select the SAVE button to save your changes.
The update is displayed in the Assessment Editor screen.

User Access Control
Selecting User Access Control under Administration will allow you to restrict who has access to AMS or set it so that all users have access to this.
This can be set to one of the following:
No restriction - all active users on your system will have access to AMS
Allow access by role - you can allow one or multiple of the following roles to have access to the system - Administrator, Manager or User
Allow access by individual role - you will be able to select users individually from a drop down menu to allow them access.

Recovering your password
If you have an active WorkRite account and have forgotten your password
1. Go to: https://app.workrite.co.uk
2. Underneath the log in button click “Forgot password?”
3. Enter the email address that you are registered on the WorkRite system with and click Submit.
4. If the email address you have entered matches an active WorkRite account, you will receive an email with a login link. Follow the steps at the beginning of this guide for new users to reset your password and log in to WorkRite.

Assessment Analysis Report
This report enables Client Administrators and Client Mangers to run data from any course on your system that has an assessment at the end.
Primary filters
The primary filters are set as a default dependant on which report you are accessing.
You will be able to select any number of the options available in the primary filters. To select all there is a button that allows you to do this.
The 'Display Type' will give you options of 'totals' Questions' and 'Issues' to get data on linked to the assessment you have chosen.

Editing navigation in a scene
This article assumes that you are now editing an existing or newly created course in the Course Builder.
When you build a course using Course Builder, you need to set up the navigation between scenes and modules. The back arrow will automatically navigate to the previously displayed scene. The forward arrow can be configured.
To amend the navigation between each scene:
1. Hover the cursor over the forward arrow button in the text box.
The Edit Navigation Buttons pop up is displayed.
2. Ensure that Type: Continue is selected (unless this is the last scene in a module).

Edit an answer to a question
This article assumes that you have created a test and added questions and are in the Test Editor screen. At this point you want to change answers to questions.
To edit an answer:
1. Open the question you want to edit.
The answers to the question are displayed. Alongside the answers are an Active toggle and an Edit button.
2. Select the Edit button.
The Edit an Answer pop-up is displayed.
3. Place the cursor in the Answer Text box and make your changes.
4. Select the SAVE button.
Your updated answer is displayed.

Edit an answer to a question

To edit an answer to an assessment question:
1. Open the question in which you want to edit the answer.
2. Select the Edit button next to the answer you want to edit.
The Edit an Answer pop-up is displayed. See Add answers to your questions for more information on the Jump to Question and Trigger an Action settings.
2. Enter your changes in the Answer Text box.
3. Select the SAVE button.
The edits are displayed in the Assessment Editor screen.

Reporting Incidents
To create a new incident select the ‘Report Incident’ button located at the top right of your main menu screen for AMS. You will then be presented with a bespoke list of types on incident.
From the list you will be able to create an incident based on the list options you have available. Select the type of incident you would like to report and a form will appear which needs to be populated with the relevant information.
Once you have completed the form the system will generate an overall summary which is then stored on the system. At this point you have a few management options

View your training record
This guide assumes that you have successfully logged into WorkRite.
1. On the "Your Course" page, there is a button to the left of the Start Training button is a button "View Training Info". By clicking on this, you will be able to view your current training record.
2. This will take you to your training timeline. This will show in order of newest first your training including the time and date each module was completed, and if your course has a test and/or assessment the time and date these were completed. You can also print your test certificate,

User Report
This report will enable you to gain non-training data on both 'active' and 'inactive' users on the system.
If you are a Client Manager on the system, you will be able to run reports on the students that you have access to only.
If you are a Client Administrator, you can run a report on all users on the system. This will include all Client Managers and Students, and other Client Administrators.
Primary Filters
In this report, you can choose the 'Role' of the user you require data on. By default, these will be all ticked.

Editing the background image within a scene
This article assumes that you are now editing an existing or newly created course in the Course Builder.
To change an existing background image within a scene:
1. Hover over Edit Scene in the navigation column on the left hand side and select Change Background Image.
The Select background image pop up is displayed.
At the top of this page you can select if you want to change the background image for the Full Page, Left Side or Right Side.
2. Choose which background image to change (left, right or full) before uploading a new or selecting an existing image.

Delete answers to questions
This article assumes that you have created a test and added questions and are in the Test Editor screen. At this point you want to delete or change answers to questions. There are different options if you don't want users to see all of the answers to your questions.
The first option is to delete the answers. To do this:
1. Open the question you want to edit.
The answers to the question are displayed. Alongside the answers are an Active toggle and an Edit button.
2. Select the Edit button.
The Edit an Answer pop-up is displayed.

Delete a section
This article assumes that you have created an assessment and Sections and are in the Assessment Editor screen. At this point you want to delete existing Sections, their questions and answers.
To delete a Section:
1. Select the Edit button for the Section you want to delete.
The Edit a Section pop-up is displayed
2. Select the DELETE button.
A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Select Yes to delete the Section, including all its questions and answers.
The Section is deleted.
An alternative to deleting the Section, is to deactivate it. It will remain accessible in the Assessment Editor, but will no longer be displayed

View Incidents
To see a list of incidents created, click the ‘View Incidents’ button located on the top left of your main menu screen. This will bring up filter options available and list the incidents populated by those filters.
1. Select Incident Type - This is a drop down list of bespoke Incident types that have been created.
2. Select Incident Status - This is a drop down list of different states of entry and completion for the incident you are searching for.
