      <title>Password Policy</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Client Administrators are able to set the password policy of their WorkRite system.</p>
<p>To do this, access the Management System within WorkRite and click on Company in the navigation column. Then click on the Security tab. At the top of this tab, you'll see the Password Policy settings. </p>
<p></p>
<p>In the above picture there are three settings:</p>
<ul>
<li>Password age expiration</li>
<li>Login link expiration</li>
<li>Password reset link expiration</li>
</ul>
<p>The current default configuration for these settings are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Password reset link expires after 1 day</li>
<li>Login link expires after 1 day</li>
<li>Password expiry is set to 365 days</li>
</ul>

<p>Training Notification is the initial email which is sent to the user to inform them of the requirement to start

<p>Training notifications should be configured per course. If there are no training notifications, it is not
<br>
possible to configure a reminder.</p>
<p>Select the Reminder email template to send</p>
<p>Sending action - controls who the email is sent to. Default is to the student only, but this can also be set to
<br>
the users manager, or a specified email address.</p>
<p>Interval in days - time between sending trigger email and sending reminder.</p>

<p>There are three options for schedules. Not all courses have a test or an assessment, which may affect theoptions available:
<br>
<br>
<b>Re-training</b> - user must complete all the modules, the test and the assessment again (if applicable)</p>
<p><b>Re-Test</b> - User must complete the test and the assessment again (if applicable)</p>
<p><b>Re-Assessment</b> - User must complete the assessment again.</p>
<p>Once a schedule is triggered, the user will display as Not complete/Incomplete on the relevant report.</p>
<p>Each schedule has the following properties:
<br>
<b>Interval</b> - When a scheudle will activate, based on the last completion date for a users course.</p>
<p><b>Trigger</b> - What the schedule uses to determine if a users course is complete. This is either the last completion date of the modules, test or assessment.</p>
<p><b>Email </b>- the template that will be sent to the user. </p>
<p>Reminders can be set against each schedule. It is possible to configure multiple reminders.</p>

<p>Select the email template to send
<br>
<b>Sending action</b> - controls who the email is sent to. Default is to the student only, but this can also be set to the

users manager, or a specified email address.
<br>
<b>After</b> - When the reminder should be sent, after the inital schedule email is sent.</p>
<p>Once these options are selected for a reminder, select Add to create the reminder.</p>
<p>To delete a reminder, select the delete button.</p>]]></content:encoded>

      <title>Creating an email template</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>WorkRite allows the set up of email templates to communicate with users.</p>
<p>From the WorkRite home page select WorkRite Management System. Then select Content from the side bar and then Create Content from the top of the screen.</p>
<p>Use the Content Type drop down menu to select Email Template. </p>

<p>Complete the fields as follows:</p>

<br>
• Miscellaneous – These can be used to send general messages to users/groups.
<br>
• Reassessment Notification – To be used when a user is made active after a period of leave (e.g.
<br>
maternity), or after a change of circumstances (e.g. a desk move).
<br>
• Login Details Reminder – This is a password reset email - the link to reset the users password will
<br>
be automatically added when the email is sent.
<br>
• Schedule Notification – To notify users to retrain or reassess (if applies) after a specific period of
<br>
time. See Schedules for set up details.</p>
<p>• Body: Enter the body of the email. This is all the content that will be displayed to the user in the email. The
<br>
relevant link will be automatically appended, in the following format: “Please follow the link below to log in. If
<br>
you have trouble clicking on the link please copy and paste it into the address bar of your web browser.”

• Signature: This content will be displayed at the after the body of the email.</p>
