      <title>Uploading documents to users profiles</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Users can have documents uploaded to their profiles as part of an audit trail. To do this, make sure the document is saved on your own computer either as one of the following formats; Word, Excel/Csv, PDF or JPEG. This pile must also be no larger than 3Mb in size.</p> <p>Once you are on the 'View/Edit' section on the users profile, then you need to click the 'View/Upload Docs'.</p> <p></p> <p>From this page, you can now click 'Select' to choose the file from your computer. There is a description box to accompany the file you are adding. Then press 'Upload Document'.</p>]]></description>

      <title>Closing open issues</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Closing issues down from the users profile</p>
<p>If you have to close down issues on the system that you have now resolved, you will need to go to the 'Management System' so you can then search for the user in the 'User' area. </p>
<p>Once you have found the end user, click on the 'View training' icon. </p>
<p></p>
<p>If you have more than one course on your system, you will need to go to the 'Summary Status' page and then the 'All Courses' drop down to select the assessment that has the issues you need to close off. </p>

<p>If you have to close down issues on the system that you have now resolved, you will need to go to the '<i>Management System</i>' so you can then search for the user in the <i>'User'</i> area. </p>
<p>Once you have found the end user, click on the '<i>View training'</i> icon. </p>

<p>If you have more than one course on your system, you will need to go to the '<i>Summary Status</i>' page and then the <i>'All Courses</i>' drop down to select the assessment that has the issues you need to close off. </p>

<p>From here, you need to select the 'View' icon under the completed assessment information.</p>

<p>From this page, you can now view and close off any open issues that the end user may have. </p>
<p>When the issue has <i>'Not Started</i>' as the <i>'Status</i>' this means that it is an <i>'Open Issue'</i>. You can change these to <i>'Closed'</i> or '<i>In Progress'</i> from here. Once you have chosen the 'status' the issue requires, click 'update status'</p>
<p>To add notes to the issues, you need to click on <i>'Show Notes'</i> then write in the box that will appear under the issue question. </p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Closing issues down from the Management System Dashboard</b></span></p>
<p>You are able to close assessment issues down from the Management System Dashboard. </p>
<p>If you have more than one course that has a self-assessment, you will need to go to the '<i>Data for'</i> drop down option and select the assessment that the issues were raised in.</p>

<p>Once you have chosen this, click '.<i>..View issues for this assessment' </i>header. The pie chart will show the top users with issues.</p>

<p>You will then have the '<i>Assessment Issues Report'</i> page load. There are also filters that can be applied to the report from this page, as well as being able to email these users and the '<i>export to Excel'</i> function. </p>
<p>Issues that need to be updated can be selected on the right hand side of the list. Once you have chosen the issues you want to close or update, you will need to press <i>'Add bulk note/change status'.</i></p>

<p>The last page will load, where you can change the status of the issue and add a note at the same time. The notes you add will then show on the users training history under the issue in the '<i>show notes</i>' section on their 'v<i>iew training</i>' page.</p>

      <title>Starting your e-learning</title>

      <title>Themes</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Themes allow Client Administrators to change the appearance of WorkRite for their users. A comprehensive editor is included to configure and manage themes for your system.</p>
<p>To create a new theme, from the WorkRite Management System select 'Company' from the side bar.</p>
<p>Under the 'Theme' panel, type the name of the theme and select 'Create Theme'.</p>
