      <description><![CDATA[<p>There are two different reports within the Accident Management System - the Query Analyser and the Report Designer. </p>
<p>Query Analyser</p>
<p>This report has fields that you can populate: Incident type, Reported by, Allocated to, Status, Date reported and Date confirmed. Once you click on run report this pulls up the data on the report, there is also the option to export to excel once it has been run. <p><span data-contrast="auto">Selecting the Incident Viewing Permissions tab will allow you to </span><span data-contrast="none">edit the settings and control who can view data for the various incident types on the Accident Management System. <p><span data-contrast="none">By default a User can see all incidents they have logged, plus any that are allocated to them. Administrator users can see all incidents on the system.       <title>Reporting Incidents</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>To create a new incident select the ‘Report Incident’ button located at the top right of your main menu screen for AMS. You will then be presented with a bespoke list of types on incident. </p>
<p>From the list you will be able to create an incident based on the list options you have available. Select the type of incident you would like to report and a form will appear which needs to be populated with the relevant information. </p>

You will then be presented with a bespoke list of types on incident</span><span data-contrast="none">.</span><span data-ccp-props='{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}'> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">From the list you will be able to create an incident based on the list options you have available. </span><span data-contrast="auto">Select the type of incident you would like to </span><span data-contrast="auto">report</span><span data-contrast="auto"> and a form will appear which needs to be populated with the relevant information.</span><span data-ccp-props='{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}'> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Once you have completed the form </span><span data-contrast="auto">the system will generate an overall summary which is then stored on the system.       <title>View Incidents</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>To see a list of incidents created, click the ‘View Incidents’ button located on the top left of your main menu screen. This will bring up filter options available and list the incidents populated by those filters. </p>
<p>1. Select Incident Type - This is a drop down list of bespoke Incident types that have been created. </p>

<p>2. Select Incident Status - This is a drop down list of different states of entry and completion for the incident you are searching for. </p>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Depending on your access the main menu can give you 4 options of navigation to operate the Accident Management System (AMS) summarised below: </p> <p> </p> <ol> <li data-leveltext="%1." data-font="" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">View Incidents - This is a list of all incidents logged on the system which can be filtered with a different search criteria. </li> </ol> <p>     2. Report Incident - This is where you will create all incidents from a list of bespoke types of incident. </p> <p>     3. Administration - This is where you can change administrative settings for your AMS system.  </p> <p>     4. Reports - This is where you are able to operate the ‘Query Analyser’ or create custom reports through the use of ‘Report Designer’. </p>]]></description>
