      <title>Dashboard</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>The Dashboard provides quick access to information regarding courses, user completion information and issues.  </p>
<p></p>
<p>Top users with Issues </p>
<p>This displays a summary with top users with the most issues. To view all issues for users, select "Outstanding issues for which you are responsible" </p>
<p>The information is filtered by course, selected by the drop down at the top of the page. </p>
<p>Selecting one of the pie chart segments displays the selected users training information.</p>
<p>If you are closing issues down on the front end of the system, these will close off on the pie chart after 1 hour. The front end[_cuted_]</p>]]></description>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Top users with Issues </b></span></p>
<p>This displays a summary with top users with the most issues. To view all issues for users, select "Outstanding issues for which you are responsible" </p>
<p>The information is filtered by course, selected by the drop down at the top of the page. </p>
<p>Selecting one of the pie chart segments displays the selected users training information.</p>
<p>If you are closing issues down on the front end of the system, these will close off on the pie chart after 1 hour. The front end of the system updates every hour on your own session you are logged into. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Users by group</b></span></p>
<p>This displays the number of users in each group. Select one of the items in the graph to display a list of the users.  </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Completed Courses</b></span></p>
<p>This is a summary of the number of users which have currently completed any of the available courses.</p>]]></content:encoded>

      <title>Making Users active/inactive</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>The switch at the top of the View/Edit user page indicates and can alter the current status of the user, either active or inactive. </p>

<p>Schedule user deactivation/activation</p>
<p>A user can also be made inactive or active on particular dates, either one or both and select save. </p>

<p>4. Select a checkbox on the right hand side of the list to chose individual users or use the "Select All" button.</p>
<p>5. From the "Action to take" drop down (in the filer panel) select "Deactivate Selected users" or "Activate Selected user users" then select the "Action" button. The user(s) will now be deactivated or activated accordingly. </p>]]></content:encoded>

      <title>Editing Group Information</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>1. To view Group and Course information for any user, select the WorkRite Management System from the home screen. Then click on "User" from the side menu.  </p>
<p>2. Search for the user in search bar, and then click on "View/Edit" </p>

<p>You can then chose to view either the Group or Course information for a user from this page.   </p>
<p>3. To add a user to other groups, first select the group type e.g. Location, or Department from the left drop down list, then the group e.g.Health and Safety or London Office from the right drop down list.  </p>
